Ed Sheeran performed at a concert in support of Ukraine in Birmingham

Earlier it was reported that the British artist would sing in a duet with Ukrainian performers.

British singer Edward Sheeran sang his famous piece “Perfect,” the new track “Bad habits,” and a joint song with singer Camilla Cabello at a concert in support of Ukraine in Birmingham.

Earlier, the artist was reported to act on a teleconference with the Ukrainian group “Antitelya” and its frontman Taras Topol, who now serves in the Ukrainian Teroborone. However, according to the organizers of the event, since the concert is purely humanitarian in nature, they considered it right not to broadcast people with weapons in their hands on the screens. However, musician Taras Topolya thanked Ed Sheeran on the social network to support Ukraine and the Antitela group.

“@teddysphotos, you are a Big Man with a Big Heart! Thank you for supporting Ukraine! Thank you for checking out our music! Ukraine’s victory is approaching! And after that, we will have a big concert in the Ukrainian capital, where we will be glad to see you!. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes !” – said the frontman of the Antibody group.

The Russian rapper Miron Fedorov (Oksimiron) raised more than 80 thousand dollars with his charity concerts to help refugees from Ukraine.

Focus  also wrote about the collection by the Ukrainian singer Tina Karol of two million hryvnias for children from the Dnipro hospital.

That evening, special guest appearances included Ukraine’s 2016 Eurovision winner Jamala, 38, touchingly singing her song ‘1984’, and broadcast legend Sir Trevor McDonald, 82, paying homage to the press covering the war. He released a statement thanking the journalists, producers, and camera operators who risked their lives to cover Russia’s war of aggression. I never thought in my life I would see such scenes of destruction and despair. Yet, we see them now because there are people who are risking their lives to give us uncensored accounts of what they are seeing and hearing.
